Overcoming success can be a formidable challenge. Asheville based band, The Treasury, is seeking to establish a new identity as a pop-rock band after a immensely successful run as a Beatles cover band performing under the name of Yesterday's Tommorrow. After extensive touring and festival performances, the 4 young men decided they were ready for a new identity and a new sound with original material. The result, is The Treasury, and if the new CD is any inidicator, the band's new identity will be established immediately. You'll still here tinges of early 70's era influences in their material, but The Treasury sound is definitely unique from the sounds of Yesterday's Tommorrow.

The David's debut album 'When My Coffee Spills' is nearing completion. When released the CD will be available through cdbaby.com, amazon.com, itunes, rhapsody.com, cd universe, about 25 other cd outlets online, lots of local stores throughout NC.
The CD will also be available from 1under records (http://www.myspace.com/1underrecords)
The David's is an eclectic project fronted by David Ostin Clegg. The songs are inspirational and witty and have a refreshing balance of humor and solid songwriting. The sound is as intriguing and unusual as Clegg's life story. Clegg started his musical aspirations, while attending Princeton University, with the country reggae band The Barefoot Louies. He also performed in a bluegrass duo called Cornbread and Beans. After being expelled from Princeton for cheating on tests, he became one of the few remaining modern steel workers, and he started writing the songs that would eventually become the David's catalogue. Eventually he settled down with his Russian wife and formed The David's in Asheville, NC.
